Innovative Knowledge Worx (IKWorx), has gained its superior reputation providing ICT mentoring, coaching, training and development since 2010. We are an accredited learning institution specializing in Training, Learnership and Internship initiatives focused on the B-BBEE codes of good practice. IKWorx connects such initiatives to our clients B-BBEE needs and customize our model accordingly so that we can accommodate our clients with an onsite or offsite solution.

We pride ourselves in partnering with companies such as MICTSETA in being an Independent Skills Development Corporation where we connect beneficiaries to skills development opportunities by instilling high values and ethics during the vetting process and ensuring that after action reviews are in line with such values.
