Against the background of a fast changing legislative landscape in South Africa and the great strides in the spatial planning and land use management sector towards addressing the segregated and disaggregated spatial realities of our country, African Development Planning Consultants (ADePCo) has been formed to:

1. Harness the collective knowledge, skills and in-depth experience of our principal partners in spatial planning and land use management.

2. Combine the innovative thinking of our principal partners to contribute to resolving the challenges facing the spatial realm in South Africa and the planning that requires to be undertaken for such purpose.

3. Respond in an appropriate manner to the unique challenges and opportunities presented by the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment policies of the South African Government.
