Twin City Development was established in 1984 by Arnold Pistorius. Over time, the Company has concluded various projects in multiple industries, but the core focus remains on the development, letting and management of high quality shopping complexes throughout South Africa.

All Twin City projects are developed in line with the Company’s vision and hence Twin City’s mission is to create shopping complexes that will contribute positively to the communities involved for many years to come.
