CCBC Green Focus

With the world focus on “Greening the Future” and the City of Tshwane’s decision to become the municipal leader of a green and clean City, the Capital City Business Chamber responded by taking the lead in assisting to drive this initiative.

In line with the City of Tshwane’s goals, the Capital City Business Chamber recently launched its GREEN ECONOMY TASK TEAM and invite the Business Sector to actively promote Green sustainable living by means of: 

• GREEN AWARENESS

• ENERGY SAVINGS

• WATER RECYCLING AND RECLAMATION

• WASTE MANAGEMENT AND RECYCLING

• With the added benefit allowing for ENTREPRENEURSHIP OPPORTUNITIES AND JOB CREATION

The primary purpose of the Green Economy Task Team is to promote and develop sustainable  “GreenTurnkey-Solutions”. The aim is to utilize the latest environmentally friendly technology and a green lifestyle to bring about savings that reduces the cost of living and saves costs in doing business in the Capital City.
