Arie Penning is a registered Industrial Psychologist and completed his Masters Degree at the University of Pretoria in 1988. Arie started his own company, Miadi Consulting, in 2006 after spending 21 years in the Financial Sector. Being a generalist for most of his career he understands business and the role people need to play to create success. He was employed in several human resource positions both in Absa and in FNB. He spent some time in organizational development in Absa where he focused on strategic business consulting, transformation, change enablement and leadership. In FNB he was responsible for the setting up of human resource departments, driving transformation, restructuring of Retail Banking and key achievements include the development of electronic assessments and development centers. Arie has access to a network of HR professionals to assist him in projects of any size or complexity.
