Our first plant at Rosslyn has a competitive advantage offering a Blanking Service and Blank Tooling maintenance to the OEM’s blanking requirements. We offer processing of automotive steel and aluminium blanking, guillotining, side trimming, trapezoidal blanks with our fully automated SIMPAC and blanking line. Our Blanking facility was acquired from MA Tool and Die. We supplied most of the blanks for pressing, until the end of model series life. Mercedes Benz: Current C Class. We supply 10 item numbers, A mix of both Aluminium 5000 and 6000 as well as Steel blanks. We supply both supply teel and aluminium blanks. We supply the past F30 and NEW Mercedes Benz W206 C. We have been selected to supply all blanks both steel and aluminum (average of 12700 blanks / day) for local pressings. production has already started. We have commenced processes to secure future business with other local OEMs. We are currently exploring the provision of other service offerings to South African industries.
