Kruger & Partners focuses on personal service to the client and believe that each client is unique and has individual requirements. We conduct valuations on all kinds of fixed property, payroll solution for small- and medium enterprises, translation, proofreading and editing of documents as well as bookkeeping functions to trial balance.

Kruger & Partners was originally established in 2022 by Lukas Kruger after spending twelve years at various valuation- and property management companies. Due to circumstances, Kruger & Partners had to expand the services it offered and can now offer a range of services to interested small- and medium enterprises.

Property valuations
Property valuations remain the core service of Kruger & Partners. We were accepted on the panels of valuers for the Department of Water and Sanitation, Department of Rural Development and Land Reform, various municipalities as well as Eskom. Kruger & Partners has also conducted valuations for various private clients. The ability to accept large scale projects is evident based on the fact that various sectional title complexes was done for insurance purposes. The size of these complexes vary from 15 units to 180 units.
Kruger & Partners was established with the main aim to provide a one stop service for all types of valuations on all types of properties. With our wide network of contacts in the valuation industry, we are able to ensure professional valuations, reliable service and ethical conduct.
Having assisted in the quality control of valuation reports submitted to corporate clients, we are aware of the importance of training. Therefore, it is our policy to give Candidate Valuers the opportunity to do research, fieldwork as well as compiling valuation reports which is then verified for correctness and quality by a Professional valuer.
